/Terms and Conditions/

The Liga Comercial Lppo, Sociedade Unipessoal Lda, sole owner of the Liga Portugal Lab leisure center, requires all sportspeople, event guests, and visitors to read these Terms and Conditions before participating in our activities. 
Entry to our sports facilities, as well as use of the respective equipment, is equivalent to tacit acceptance of the following terms:

1. Liga Portugal Lab is exclusively for children over 6 years old;
2. From that age onwards, everyone can take part in all these activities, without age or gender limitations;
3. Exceptions to the above are pregnant women, people in plasters, people with heart or respiratory insufficiency, or other medical conditions that make prolonged exertion inadvisable or extremely difficult;
4. Minors using our facilities and equipment must always do so under the supervision of their parents or adults who are responsible for their behavior and previous state of health;
5. When necessary, we reserve the right to confirm the age of participating sportspeople by requesting their Citizen Card or equivalent document;
6. Liga Portugal Lab reserves the full exercise of the right of admission as enshrined in law. It may also require any visitor or participant who is drunk or under the influence of psychotropic substances to leave its premises; whose behavior puts their safety and that of third parties at risk; who continuously disrespects, after warnings, these rules, the law or what common sense recommends in a sports facility shared with other people, including minors. This includes the use of obscene language and offensive insults;
7. Use of our space may be subject to prior booking if space and pitches are not immediately available;
8. The author of each booking, whether for pitches, spaces for parties and events or stations, is responsible for the respect of these Terms by any participants included in that booking;
9. Paid bookings will not be subject to refund unless requested at least 5 days in advance;
10. Any booking, in whatever form, only confers automatic access for the agreed time to the contracted services. The use of facilities other than those agreed, as well as the consumption of food or drink, will always be subject to separate payment;
11. The use of the pitches and stations requires wearing footwear suitable for indoor football on artificial turf: boots or boots with studs or spikes will not be permitted. Likewise, the use of clothing or props (long skirts, long strings, or hats, for example) that could cause danger to oneself or others is forbidden;
12. The taking of images by the Portuguese Professional Football League depends on the free and informed consent of the participants and, in the case of minors, their legal guardians;
13. Access to our pitches and stations will only take place after each athlete/participant has been identified, and by wearing appropriate clothing, especially appropriate footwear, as mentioned in point 11;
14. Each participant undertakes to follow the instructions of the monitors and to end their activity if they so indicate - either for failure to respect the rules or for safety reasons;
15. As with any demanding sporting activity, football, whether on the pitch or in our Tests, can, despite all the precautions taken daily by Liga Portugal Lab, result in injuries of varying degrees of seriousness. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, each user and each person responsible for booking assumes that they are aware of these risks and excludes any liability on the part of Liga Portugal Lab, its employees, shareholders, and management for any damage resulting from their activity on our premises, assuming full responsibility for them, expressly waiving any legal actions within their reach;
16. As follows from the previous point, each participant is also responsible for any damage they cause to third parties, to themselves, or any Liga Portugal Lab device or installation, through their activity;
17. In the event of an emergency, Liga Portugal Lab may be obliged to incur medical and rescue costs to help a participant, who will then be obliged to pay the costs;
18. Liga Portugal Lab can never be held responsible for any theft, robbery, loss of goods, or damage to belongings occurring on our premises;
19. Visitors and participants are forbidden to take any food or drink onto our premises. Birthday cakes are the exception to this rule, although others may be negotiated for special events;
20. Animals are not allowed on our premises, except for assistance dogs;
21. Under the law, it is forbidden to smoke or consume illegal substances on Liga Portugal Lab premises;
22. This establishment has a Complaints Book available to all visitors and participants at all times;
23. The nullity, invalidity, or unenforceability of any of these Terms and Conditions shall not invalidate the application of the others.
